That question led her to Craste — a clean-tech company creating high-value, tree-free boards from agricultural residue.
At Craste, Rupa leads design and marketing, using her design sensibilities to shape not just products, but perception. With an interest in both aesthetics and impact, she uses her perspectives to build bridges between design, innovation, and business. She believes that introducing a new material into the mainstream requires not only engineering excellence but also emotional connection, storytelling, and trust.
