Sathiyaseelan Gangasalam is an industrial designer, design thinker, mentor, and writer. He is the Vice President of Design and Styling at Ashok Leyland. He has over 25 years of experience in the automotive industry, working for both domestic and global companies. He is an alumnus of IIT-Delhi.
He has been a part of more than 25 prestigious transportation design projects for automotive giants like TATA Motors, General Motors, TVS Motors, and Ashok Leyland. He is also credited with establishing a full-fledged design studio and consistent design practices in Ashok Leyland. His work has been appreciated with prestigious awards from various government and non-government organisations like SIAM, CII.
