I am having Extensive experience spanning 23+ years of progressive leadership & Global experience in the FMCG & Pharmaceutical industry .
I have been working with The Hershey Company, Mumbai, since Feb 2008 and have worked in various capacities and currently designated as GM-Packaging Innovation (R&D)-Lead India & AMEA, responsible for leading innovation and renovation efforts for core Hershey brands, developing a holistic approach to packaging design, driving packaging sustainability efforts
Before this, I worked with Parle Agro and led innovation efforts in the confectionery division, successfully spearheaded a few technology upgrade and rebranding project for confectionery & Beverage categories
Also worked with Lupin Limited as a Senior Officer – Packaging Development for an initial 7 years.
